Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a structured, time-limited approach to psychotherapy that explores the connection between thoughts, feelings and behaviours. The effectiveness of CBT is supported by extensive research, making it the first line recommended treatment for a number of mental health conditions.
Coaching for Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a specialised form of support designed to help individuals manage their symptoms and improve their daily functioning. ADHD coaching supports clients in developing strategies for organisation, time management, goal-setting and self-regulation. Overall, we aim to empower individuals to harness their strengths and create effective strategies for overcoming obstacles.
Coaching for Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) is a supportive approach designed to help individuals navigate daily life and enhance their personal and social skills. As therapists we work collaboratively with the client to develop tailored strategies that address their specific challenges. Our aim is to enhance autonomy, self-confidence and overall quality of life for the individual.
A therapy assessment is a comprehensive process that evaluates an individuals predisposing and perpetuating factors, as well as their current presenting difficulties and functioning. The assessment may take between 90mins - 2 hours; which can be split over two sessions. Following the assessment, the therapist will provide you with a thorough written report with an outline of the assessment as well as recommendations for treatment.
We offer CBT Supervision to both qualified and trainee CBT Therapists. Supervision involves the process of overseeing and guiding practitioners who are delivering Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. We aim to ensure that therapists are delivering effective treatments whilst adhering to established principles, techniques and guidance. We also support issues such as low-confidence and burnout.
